Intestine infection

12 days ago i had intestine infection. Followed with diarrhea. And light fever.
Now Im much normal. After eat soup. Pooridge. Bland food. Egg.

May i ask. Would oats harm GI tract,?
Is my GI / intestine is irritated,?/ wound?
