Insomia

Does anyone have issues with insomia
I have had sjogrens for 6 years, tried many sleeping pills, and these can become ineffective. Also very drying. Therefore exhaustion and fatigue are daily.
Any ideas?

Not sure if you have already seen this but the Sjogren's Foundation has some tips for sleeping that might be helpful - https://sjogrens.org/sites/default/files/inline-files/Sleep%20Tips%20Patient%20Education%20Sheet.pdf

Yes I had sleep issues. I have Crohn's disease. Once the inflammation was down I was able to sleep better

How well is your sjogrens controlled?

My sjogrens is very very dry mouth, day and night. Can’t take the medication cause of side effects. Use lozenges, gum, mouth gel, not fun😊
