Inner nose sores

I have recurring sores inside my nose that sometimes present themselves as red areas on the exterior of my nose. Applying Bacitracin for several days helps them go away but they tend to return intermittently in different areas. Any thoughts on cause? Inflamed hair follicles?

@leehil, do you have root canals? Root canals can cause so many problems because of the highly toxic substances that constantly emit from them. If you do have a root canal, please research how toxic they are and have the tooth/teeth removed. If you do not have root canals, have you used a nasal hair removal shaver? They can pull the hair of the nose out which leaves room for infection. Always use disinfected (boiled) scissors meant for the nasal area.
Have you tried Hibiclens Antiseptic Skin Cleanser? Can you get your doctor to write a prescription for Mupirocin Antibiotic Salve? If none of this works, you may need a course of antibiotics to clear this up. Of course, your doctor knows best. I hope you figure it out.

I have 1 root canal but it is on the other side of where the issue regularly shows up. Will try the Skin Cleanser before reaching out to the Dr. thx

I have the same thing in both nostrils and my daughter also has these. They are very painful.
I have used polysporin antibiotic ointment , secaris , a nasal lubricant and after talking with my ENT he told me to use Vaseline. I did that and it does make them feel better but does not cure them. I then read that you should NOT use vaseline in your nose because it will melt and leech into your lungs causing irreversible damage..
I certainly wish there was something that would cure this whatever it is….

Could by chance these sores be "cold sores? or sores caused by herpes? I get them in my left nostril periodically when my body has been under stress either physical or emotional. Seems like when the immune system is compromised in some way, they tend to pop up. HSV-1 or herpes simplex not the HSV-2 which is sexually transmitted.

I have had these for at least 1 1/2 years so I do t think it is herpes
