Increasing trend in IgA and Lambda with no recurrence of Mband

Hi my brother aged 38 was diagnosed of multiple myeloma in Jan 2022. He underwent a course of 12 bortezomib injections alongwith lenalidomide and then underwent stem cell transplant in August and has since been with no M band. He does blood tests every 3 months. However the IgA and Lambda have shown an increasing trend although they have been within range and the ratio of lambda Kappa too is within range. The doctor has asked him to restart bortezomib every fortnight for the next three months. Does this mean that the doctor is foreseeing a recurrence of the disease?
