Mayo Clinic rehab programs for stroke patients

I'm looking for a rehab program for my husband who had a massive stroke on August 19, 2015. Tell me about the MAYO CLINIC rehab programs for stroke patients.

My mother had a Thalamic Stroke last week. She has just started inpatient rehab and being put on Amantadine 50 mg 2 x day to help wake up. Is this common in a rehab setting for patients to be put on this medication and does it help and what are the dangers?
