If anyone is interested ... rTMS treatment upcoming
Tomorrow (Friday, Jul 31st) I go to a TMS clinic for an intake appointment and an EEG.
On Monday, Aug 3rd I go back for for the ENTIRE day (8:00- 4:00) for rTMS treatment. It is a new protocol (at least in Canada) ....1 FULL day rather then the standard protocol, being several weeks, or even the accelerated 5 day protocol.
If anyone with MDD is interested, I will keep you posted on how it goes. Fingers crossed!

On Sept 2nd I go for my follow up with the Dr. and the 2nd EEG.
An EEG was done pre-treatment and one post-treatment. Although many TMS Clinics do not offer that component, I figure it couldn't hurt. Something that could actually be measured (?)
I have been told that the majority of people have noticeable changes somewhere around weeks 3-4.
Because the Deep 1 Day Protocol it is newer, there isn't a ton of data on it.
Trials, so far, have shown an efficacy rate of approx. 70%
