I think I may have had a stroke during a surgery I had 6 months ago

I had a salivary gland removed at the end of January, after which I got a terrible post-op infection. It was a much worse recovery than it should have been. I never felt quite right after. 2 weeks later, I had an episode where I felt detached and foggy all day. By 9:00 that night, I could not move- i was completely paralyzed. I went by ambulance to ER where i stayed for 3 days. (I was unable to get up and walk by myself for over 24 hours from the onset of symptoms)
After 3 days and several tests, one could tell me why it happened.
Since then I have been on FMLA because I can't work full-time hours. I am currently being treated for major depressive disorder with extreme anxiety. I don't know what to do.
