I started having internal vibrations in my head upon waking up.

I started having internal vibrations in my head nearly 2 years ago when waking up. I've had neck surgery ACDF C5+6 and cervical radiculopathy since then. I'm not sure what's causing it but I really need to find out why and if it could be a med or meds I'm taking. Anyone have any ideas??
