I keep touching my crotch

Posted by ray20212021 @ray20212021, Jul 17, 2021

This is a bit of an embarrasing topic for me but i keep unconciously grabbing my crotch specially if i am reading a book or story. When i notice i remove my hand but soon i am doing it again. it gets frustrating sometimes because it gets me a bit excited to... It is tiering. I do pluck my facial hair too but not sure how related it is but it also happen unconsciously but more often and in more settings. if there is some activity i can do that can help id appreciate any insight.
