Hi @ray20212021 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I am sorry to hear you are having these compulsive actions that you can't seem to control.

I am tagging other members like @falconfly, @ellens, @annieb0188, @mariajean03, @fighter, @artscaping and @lorirenee1 who have talked about OCD and obsessive compulsive issues in either themselves or family members.

Also, according to Mayo Clinic, Trichotillomania (trik-o-til-o-MAY-nee-uh), also called hair-pulling disorder, is a mental disorder that involves recurrent, irresistible urges to pull out hair from your scalp, eyebrows or other areas of your body, despite trying to stop.

Hi @amandaburnett Thanks for the reply. No i havent seeked clinical help. I do not think it is debeltating to that extend. but it is frustrating. That is why i asked if there is some activity i can do that would help with this habbit.
