I have protein and white cells in my urine my urologist says to see a kidney doctor my regular doctor sent in a request sucks.

1 ReactionWithout knowing a whole lot more about your situation I would say you should be concerned enough to ask a doctor if you should be concerned. If you don't already see a nephrologist then start with asking your primary care if you should be concerned. Good job of taking care of yourself!

Not until April
@curley3 I too high protein in my urine. It was high and that sped up the process to see the nephrologists. Not sure what your count is but if its way above the norm then show that to the kidney doctor and they might bump up your schedule. Mine was 16,000+ and that help move my appointment up by about 6 weeks
