I have had a constant cough & throat clearing for several years.

I have had a constant cough and throat clearing for many years. My ENT put me on acid reducer which was no relief. I ended up having a hiatal hernia surgery. It helped for 6-8 months but it’s back & it wears me out. It is constant all day, every day. Help!
