Post radiation & after UTI have irritation after ejaculation: Why?

Post UTI infection and radiation treatments I am experiencing irritation in the penis after ejaculation. Anyone experience this? Is it just post UTI I took 7 days of antibiotics and the last culture was clear. Any ideas welcome. I am back on AZ0
