I have Bladder Cancer and they just want to Remove Bladder and Prostat

I am a VA Patient and was diagonosed with Bladder Camcer, Went thru the scrapping of bladder and they took part of Prostate, Now they want to just removed Bladder and Prostrate, I am 75 so I guess I will have to deal with Bladder Bag, They said that Chemo was not a option at all, I travel back and forth to Bali Indonesia where I leave part time and back in Oregon. Any one had the same cancer and what they think about no chemo???

Certainly a difficult decision. In my case my kidney cancer was diagnosed two years ago, and urologist said that removal of affected kidney was the only answer. I opted out of this surgery because of my age and have been on Keytruda immunotherapy for a little over a year and am still able to live a normal life up to now. These are difficult decision that must be made by the patient after doing the research and not being pressured by a physician as to what is best to do. Every patient is unique.
