Best solution might be get more Oxygen in your bloodstream, then try meditation or anything relaxing while you de-stress as best you can. Good luck, `TreeTop
emeritusofafrica, you might be advantaged by seeing a chiropractor.
My uncle has had ongoing headaches for over 30 years + and he has tried many things, he has found a really good trained massage therapist helps the most! she works a whole hour on his head, its felt that he possibly had an injury to his head before, or during birth. he was a twin, so this seems very likely! this would be another thing for you to try......Hope you get relief soon!
I believe some folks are wired to be more sensitive to nerve endings and bundles. I was having extreme frontal brain pressure and pressure in my eyes as well. No test confirmed anything. However, when I had a back upper molar removed, the pressure and vision problems diminished.
Does the headache affect your vision or hearing?
no, i can hear and see clearly
i am feeling pressure and pain inside my head presently, and it is affecting my sleep, i am highly fed up, please what else can i do, any neurologist or neurosurgeon in the house please!!!
I have been having headaches off and on for 4 months since I got the bone drug infusion Re-Clast in early April. I just had a headache for two weeks and after being told I might need a brain scan (I’m 73) I decided to go to PC and tell them my blood pressure was very high (anywhere from 140/85 to 173/90 the day I was told I might need brain scan by ER which I refused). My PC put me on Amlodipine blood pressure drug, but switched me to Losartan because I’m having some periods of hard to breathe - I would suggest talk to Dr about blood pressure and definitely see one. My headaches have gone away pretty much. Only had a couple in 2-1/2 weeks.
I had been suffering for many years with severe headaches. They were sporadic and felt like ice picks going through my skull. I went to a pain management doctor (Nevada) and was diagnosed with occipital neuralgia. She gave me one injection in the left side base of my skull. That one injection is all it took! Thankful the horrific pain has never returned after six years. Wishing you well.
Rather than look here for a diagnosis please see a neurologist. No reputable doctor is going to diagnose you via this forum. You may need to try a few doctors before you get the help you need.
