I have an anti ssa of >8.

Ssb normal normal smiths. Ssa anti is positive tests aren’t but all blood cell counts are normal range.

My mother had polymyositis and ILD I have reversed Graves disease now hypo have had problems in the past with IBS and Gerd. I have no dry eye symptoms, but sometimes my throat spasms and I sometimes lose my sense of taste and smell. Should I be concerned?
