I have a 26mm nodule spiculated upper right lung what does it mean

I have a 26 mm spiculated lung nodule upper right lobe.
An 16 mm calcification nodule I'm lower left
What does all this mean??

A 26mm (2.6 cm) nodule is large enough to biopsy accurately. Anything smaller than 10mm is difficult to biopsy.

There are several conditions that can cause nodule spiculations that are not cancerous. Your pulmonologist should order a PET scan to learn if this is metabolically active. If yes, a biopsy is in order. If not, a 2-4 month follow up CT would be in order.
