I had minimal invasive laminectomy, right foot numbness/tingling nerve

I had minimal invasive laminectomy year and a half ago, caused right side nerve damage and extreme right foot numbness/tingling, nerve pain to foot, always present. Was told nerves were aggravated and would heal and return to normal. Seems like neuropathy has set in. I take tramadol/lyrica to relieve discomfort. I am 83 years old and healthy otherwise. The surgery helped my back, leg, hip pain, walking distance and standing is somewhat better than before, I do still have back pain sometimes. , but this right sided numbness , especially leg /foot, looking for answers.

Welcome @amorokim22, Sorry to hear you the numbness and tingling in the leg/foot after the surgery. I haven't had a laminectomy but do have the numbness and some tingling in the legs and feet from my neuropathy. I just try to keep the feet and legs from drying up too much using a moisturizer like magnesium cream/lotion which has a calming effect for me at night. You might want to scan through a couple of related discussions started by @domiha and @dakota24 who also mention neuropathy symptoms following a laminectomy.
