I had Guillen Beret 55 years ago is it safe to get Botox in my neck

I had Guillen Beret 55 years ago in 1969. I am currently having lots of problems with the muscles in my neck causing essential tremors in my head and my neurologist wants to inject small amounts of Botox into the muscles. Does anyone have any experience with Botox and GBS
