I got something for my insurance..should I just ignore it?

Basically saying
". Your request must be received by August 2, 2026 or you will stay in vour current plan. After August 2, 2026 you may change health plans for a just cause reason that is approved by the State. If you do not change health plans, you will stay in your current health plan for another year or as long as you remain eligible to receive MO HealthNet Managed Care Services."
And then sent me a risk assessment
I don't want to change my plan? Do I ignore this and not fill out the risk assessment or?

You only need to do anything if you want to switch plans. The risk assessment is optional, you don’t have to complete it, but you can if you want to.
