I am on Prolia and broke my Tibia & Fibula and need surgery

Hi I have taken 18 doses of Evenity and now the Prolia follow. I fell and broke my Tibia and Fibula. Doctor says I will do better long term if I have surgery and install plate and screws/pin. I just had the Prolia injection 2.5 weeks ago. I am very worried about surgery and metal implant into bone while on Prolia. Has anyone any information on this or had this happen to them? While on Prolia they don't want you to have a dental implant...this is why I am concerned about having metal inserted into my bones at this time. Any thoughts?
