Hypothyroidism & NASH

I have had hypothyroidism for about 30 years. My doctor will only give me a Rx for levothyroxcin. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with NAFLD which he now says is NASH. My cholesterol is 156 with appropriate levels of Hall, ldl & triglycerides. I have an abdominal ultrasound tomorrow ( had one 8 years ago). Is anyone dealing with these issues? Pre diabetic (glucose 106 A1C 6). Age 76 female.
