HSP and premonitions

I'm new to this site, I'll make this as short as possible. I read today about highly sensitive people hsp and it's me all the way. So, now that I know it's a real thing and others are alot like me, who else may have answers for premonitions. I need help to figure out what to do when I have sight before sight moments.
