How to treat temporary paralysis

Posted by cheyne @cheyne, 18 hours ago

Hi,
I suffer from bouts of temporary paralysis predominately in the limbs but not exclusively. I have T2 diabetes uncontrollable, high blood pressure uncontrollable, IBS, Autonomic polyneuropathy which is in control of my entire digestive system and CKD for good measure. I'm highly sensitive to medication which is why they can't be controlled medically. I experience periods when I'm reduced to shuffling, get brain fade and hand eye coordination problems. I feel like I'm being thrown into limp home mode as if I am a car with the new fangled tech when it happens. The worst bout of paralysis was not being able to move from the neck down, fortunately they only last short periods, the longest so far was 15 minutes duration. After the first time which paniced me, the continuation of these events is worrysome but no longer panics me. I know I can wait them out, but one day that may change and become permanet. I know that Autonomic polyneuropathy is incurable and untreatable but there maybe something which may help my situation I haven't yet discovered. Any insight anyone?
Cheers.
