Any luck stopping osteo depositing or kyphosis onset non-surgically?
It'd be two years from the Wednesday after next I recieved an aggressive manipulation that Caused immediate neurological dysfunction spurring imaging and scans that showed the herniations in my cervical and thoracic spine and how they were interacting with the foraminal and canal areas of my congenitally stenotic spine. Highly regarded orthopedic surgeon said surgery immediately though he would not recommend it. The confusion didn't last long. there's no room for error. there's no room for scaring or post op inflammation. Because of my large stature, deep neck and 8.25 hat sized 33lb head the proposed first multi-level fusion would end above my c7-t1 that is not only herniated itself but also considered inoperable. The only guarantee i was given is loss of mobility. I have half a dozen severely stenotic foraminal passages, three locations that my canal is severely narrowed and my cord compressed, vagus nerve is compromised and have circulation loss both in my spinal cord as well as outside of it with venous cerebral fluid. I have not been able to lay flat without rapid onset of mass sensory loss and general weakness of limb, sleep comes a few hours at a shot sitting up with paticular posture. I have had constant moderate myelopathic symptom for too long already and had to quit my career of 25 years and wait for incontinence to press me into a poor choice that will almost certainly take my independence. So I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck stopping osteo depositing or the onset of kyphosis by non-surgical approaches or anyone who hasn't? And any words of advice on giving someone a mulligan on mistakenly removing all your future physical prowess and ability? I just turned 44.
