How to help treat right lung infection with low immune system?

I have very low white, red & playlets. I have an infection believed to be in right lung. Cancer has been ruled out. What are treatments for this? Are there any Mayo Clinic’s in United States that accept in patient treatments for infection disease like this?

Yes, indeed, Mayo treats complex lung infections in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota, but sometimes you can find help closer to home.
As a lung patient who has had a variety of lung infections, I'll be asking a few questions.

First, what led to the diagnosis? Were you having symptoms? Do you have any diagnosed lung conditions like COPD, asthma or bronchiectasis? A history of smoking, vaping, pneumonia or lung cancer?
Finally are you seeing a pulmonologist or infectious disease doctor?
