@mylilbit Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Now, I am not trying to be snarky here. When you are tired, stay in bed. Or on the couch. and forgive yourself, do not beat yourself up. Do what you can on any given day, and be satisfied with that. Please. Talk to your medical team, and get their thoughts on how to boost your energy. Eat well, and if you have no appetite, eat what sounds good to you, even if it is just a little bit. Try an energy shake like Boost or Ensure if you want. Heck, even Slimfast will get some calories into you,. Make a protein shake. On the days when it is sounding good to you, go for a short walk. Fresh air and sunshine can do a lot of good! Take a shower, put on fresh clothes.

How does all this sound? Where are you at in your treatments?

Thanks much Ginger! Very helpful!
No treatment recommended for me at this point due to certain factors. Doctors monitoring.
