How to Gradually withdraw from Seroquel XR and take Periactin ?

I have been taking Seroquel XR for 2 years now.... 300 mg one capsule at morning and 300 mg one capsule at night.... Now if i want to Gradually stop taking the Seroquel XR... How i can reduce the dosage if anyone knows and took the same medication before.... Second thing is does the Seroquel XR Conflicts with the Periactin or not.... Because i want to take Periactin.... And if i want to start taking Periactin... What dose i start taking and what dose i continue taking after that... And thanks in advance
