How many hours after the last shot of Forteo to test calcium level

After taking Forteo 30 days, you need to check calcium level.
What's the best time windows to test the calcium level with higher accuracy? Some say 16-24 hours after the last shot of Forteo, some say 14-18 hours, I'd appreciate it very much for your insights.
Thanks a lot in advance for your sharing!
Best regards

Forteo will increase serum calcium level transiently, as shown in the attached link for the graph (a). The graph shows blood calcium level changes at various hourly interval after one single injection of teriparatide. I think if you are a pm injector, blood calcium level will most likely see an increase from baseline and not so much if you are an am injector, provided blood drawing happens in the morning and before am injection. The question is which scenario would you like to observe?

My blood calcium increased to 10.5 for a few months during early stage of forteo therapy with pm injection. It alerted my pcp but my endo was unfazed. I think the key is to have a baseline of everything (!, possible?), so you have something to compare with should some lab results go wacky during therapy.
