How long on was someone on EVENITY before a TLIF

I have a TLIF scheduled for March. I will have had 3 months of EVENITY. I am considering waiting longer for surgery for more bone building effect. I am still very active and of course have leg pain, but thinking that delaying surgery would be better in the long run. My surgeon says the spine is unstable but of course he says the surgery is still elective.
