How long can you live with stage 4 prostate cancer with no treatment

It depends on numerous factors not limited to where the cancer has metastasized and the health of the individual. I have mhspca but it is my lymph nodes as opposed to bones or organs. — Kindly share more information and I'm sure you'll get more helpful responses. Keep the faith👍

I have had stage 4a PCA for 20 years with bony metastasis for some 7-8 years but with long history of many treatments including chemo and not sure if has done anything but I’m still alive.
There are so many variables that make it difficult to assess longevity and importantly there are many newer interventions, if not cures, and will be more such that in 20 years have changed approach to treatment.
Do your own research and stay hopeful that there is possibility to live a very long time.

@melcanada, oh dear. I'm chasing around your multiple posts about claims of herbs or supplements clearing cancer. I'm afraid I'm repeating myself, but it's important to state that one must remain open-minded yet skeptical considering complementary or alternative treatments. Learn about the potential benefits and risks. As per the disclaimer for Mayo Clinic Connect https://connect.mayoclinic.org/blog/about-connect/tab/disclaimer/

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the community."

One of my favorite websites for finding evidence-based info about herbs and supplements is Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) complementary therapies database:
– Search About Herbs (cancer specific) https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/diagnosis-treatment/symptom-management/integrative-medicine/herbs/search

Keep in mind that natural substances can also have toxicities, adverse side effects and treatment interactions.
