how do you deal with the fear and frustration as months of ebv go by?

I am 70 and tested positive for EBv antibodies including IGM while my DO was trying to find cause of high fatigue. T 7 months out, I don’t know what to expect. scary and frustrating as you likely know. What helps? Hope for healing?

Epstein Barr Virus is an extremely frustrating thing to deal with. I was finally diagnosed with it 9 months ago. I suspect it’s been around for a while. Conventional doctors and infectious disease specialists don’t seem to take it too seriously. I’ve been working with a functional medicine NP which insurance doesn’t help with so it is getting expensive.
I take Lauricidin monolaurin, high dose vitamin C and Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). Unfortunately nothing is working. I eat clean, don’t smoke, drink, limit stress and do the best I can. I hope you are able to get help with getting it to go into remission. It’s very stubborn.
