How do you deal with chronic allergic conjunctivitis?

Since moving to Tucson, I have allergic conjunctivitis much of the year. I take xyzal daily and have been receiving allergy shots for three years.

I’m suffer with that in Connecticut. But I find it helps a lot to use preservative free eyedrops. Several times a day, put a lukewarm washcloth on my eyes several times a day. And I use Pataday eyedrops once a day.

Thanks. I use those approaches as well but, for me, the improvement is minor. We relocated here from NJ where I had never experienced eye allergies.
