How do I tell my history to get my referral approved?

My referral from my Twin Cities’ pcp to Mayo endocrinology’s department was denied. If I would’ve not followed up, I would have found out from my pcp who they only contact via a letter about my denial. I called patient experience, cried my eyes out explaining how the providers do not want to hear how my lack of medical attention has affected my thyroid, my functioning (as then 35 year old women, now 40–who lost an ovary directly related to ovarian tumor dismissed and related to my thyroid disease) and continues to suffer. No one should have to bring in their mother at 40 years old to get the doctors to bat an eye and take you more seriously. Just given another med and told an atrophied thyroid is not that bad! I’ve so many symptoms and my throat pain —that it’s taking a significant toll on me, alongside having rheumatoid arthritis, chronic vestibular migraines, small airway disease, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, fibromyalgia, high cholesterol, vascular and lymphatic malformations, asthma, carpal tunnel in both wrists, frozen shoulder, chronic fatigue and anemia, ibs, chronic thrush and mouth sores, insomnia, Covid x2 and harm by vaccine x3, depression and anxiety, to name a few. How do I get someone to hear me? See me? I’ve been doctoring at Mayo since 1986 when I was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis and they did not know the long term effects would be—-fast forward my life has gone downhill for the past 10 years. I’ve had to do so many changes and incorporate so many different things to help me function better and hold onto things. Please someone help me!
