How can I get a telehealth appointment in neurology?

I cannot contribute here but would like advice etc about becoming a patient neurology telehealth. On 1/1/25 I will have origional medicare after fighting medicare advantage for 4 1/2 years. Everything the media says about medicare advantage in terms of negativity is real.

@kb2014, I moved your question into a separate discussion. When requesting a virtual appointment according to federal and state licensing laws the provider must be licensed in the state where you live.

For example, Mayo Clinic welcomes both new and existing patients for virtual and in-person care in adherence with federal and state executive orders and guidance. Virtual care is available for out-of-state patients IF the provider you are seeing is licensed in the state where you live.

When requesting an appointment at Mayo Clinic, a scheduler can let you know if a virtual (telehealth) appointment is appropriate for an evaluation visit, second option or follow-up visits.
