Hot weather & Chemo/Treatments
Hot weather never agreed with me before cancer... now with this HOT spell we are having I haven't been hungry and stomach is a little upset.
Staying inside with AC, drinking water and trying BRAT diet for eating.
Do you have/had any reactions to hot weather/chemo/treatments?

Hot humid weather is brutal on me !! My skin burns and hurts !
I discovered that what really helps is applying very cold packs !! They are gel bags which I put in freezer! I put inside a clean sock then put on my body ! I change locations! If you don’t have these gel bags ! Then wet a small towel ! Put in freezer until it’s very cold!! You can place over clothes ! Thin pjs
This has been my savour from going insane because how painful my entire body was until
I stated this ! Yes ! Hot weather has very bad effects on us who are sick with MPNS
