Hot flushes at 39 ??!!!

Hello everybody. I have been posting a lot of discussion on different support groups on this site, as I have several health issues, all started recently.
I am a 39-year-old female who was healthy until October 2022. My first symptom was hot flushes at night. They were really terrible and happened several times every night, so I got sleep deprived for months, leading to severe anxiety, depression and deterioration in my quality of life. I was even unable to work as usual. Then I started to have other symptoms, mostly GI symptoms which were troublesome and at some point cancer was highly suspected. Lots of tests, scand and scopes revealed nothing abnormal, hormonal profile was perfectly normal, no explanation of symptoms till this moment.
Concerning the hot flushes, they almost disappeared by end of December 2022, just to come back this month ...exactly started last week. I am trying to prevent them bu sleeping in the AC ( which I don't like) and this partially works but I still have them and wake up at night with wet sweaty clothes and pillows.I even had one or two hot flushes while awake the last few days.
I want to ask if this is a normal thing for 39 year old women and if theeee are any natural or non-hormonal methods to put these under control so I can have a normal life, orherwis I may end up quitting my job fro sleep deprivation.
