"Hollo sound" in ear and head.

I am Narendranath G. Nair from Gandhidham-Gujarat, India. 61 years- male. I am always feeling some sort of heaviness/cloggy ears, and while tapping anywhere on my head or face I could hear some sort of "Hollow sound" inside my head. Feeling pressure in the head and dizziness. Difficulty in sitting/standing straight. Also, feel imbalance while walking. I had almost lost the eyesight of my left eye as a result of Cervical Spondylosis and overlapping of a few joints of my spine.

Eye surgeon advised, impaired eyesight is due to the suppression of nerves passing through the spine and also pressure has developed in the ophthalmic cavity. Once the pressure in the nerves and in the eye is released, the vision will be restored. Needs to treat for a spine disorder.

Went for Ayurveda Panchkarma treatment and After 15 days of treatment (from 04.07.2022 to 18.07.2022) there was relief in pain due to cervical spondylosis and restored 60% of eyesight but, the pressure/clogged ears and the hollow sound in head & ears with pressure in eyes continues with dizziness and imbalance. Kindly advise me on the next course of action.

It has been a year since your post. I am wondering whether your Ayurveda Panchkarma treatment resulting in partisl recovery of your sight has been permanent. I have had cervical stenosis for at least 30 years that has been progressing leading to constant headaches. I am in my 70's and not planning surgical intervention. Can you explain what your Ayurvedic treatment consisted of? How did it work while you were there and was follow up needed? Did you feel results right away or did you know after your 15 days that you were recovering? I know this is a lot of questions and if you can respond I would be appreciative. I understand your physical state may limit your ability to do so. If you cannot, no problem. Thank you.
