@darginskylisa Hives are so miserable and often unbearable when you can’t get comfortable. I had them for brief time do to a blood product reaction and it was worse than pain. So you have my sincerest empathy if this is a continual issue!
There can be underlying causes for this to happen such as thyroid condtions, blood/bone marrow condtions, autoimmune diseases, reactions to meds, allergies…the list goes on. It is important, though sometimes challenging, to find that underlying cause.

Have you been to see any specialists for your hives such as an allergist, dermatologist, endocrinologist or rheumatologist to check for underlying health issues?

@darginskylisa, I notice that you posted your question about hives in the Blood Cancers & Disorders group. Are you receiving treatment for a blood-related condition?
Yes, I was diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythemia, a Myloproliferative Neoplasm, 12/23 additionally Sjögren’s syndrome 12/25.
