Hi @user_ch7de00be,
That must be freaky to have your head start spinning. What possible reason did the doctor give you?

I found this on Mayo Clinic’s site http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/vertigo/basics/definition/con-20028216 Do the symptoms of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) sound like your symptoms?

What did your doctor say to do next?

Hello @user_ch7de00be,

I’m sorry to hear you are battling vertigo! I had a bout with vertigo as well about two years back when I was 26. I was to the point of nausea and almost throwing up every time I moved my head. It got a little better after a day and a half to where I could get around alright but it was still bad enough that I went in to see the doctor. He examined the inside of my ears and said that they weren’t really irritated but it might be something irritating them that got in there further back. He said to check back if it continued. Luckily it lessened, spiked once, and then slowly got back to normal after about 2 weeks.

The only thing I could think of that caused it was that I had done an obstacle course race a few days before it happened and had submerged myself in some dirty and muddy water that hundreds of people were in before me.

Does it only spin when you walk or if you move your head? Did you get into any dirty water recently? Good luck!
