High CA125

Three months ago my ca125 was over 1500. I’m 3 and a half years with stage 3c ovarian cancer. Ct and pet scans showed no tumors. My cancer screening blood test using my tumor markers showed no cancer. My amazing oncologist gave me Genzar and numbers in two months are down to the 300’s. I know that seems high but from 1500 that’s good news. I’m still on Gemar and hoping for the best… The radiologist suspects aseites (sp) in some abdominal fluid is the source. The fluid is almost undetectable now. Anyone else with this situation?
