Hgh and its effect on height after 24

Posted by poppyseed123 @poppyseed123, Jun 30, 2022

So i am taking gh for my height growth at age of 23 ... prescribed by a certified dr ... but there are few concerns i want some1 to answer
1. Will actually my height increase at this age ?
2. I have recently tested my gh after taking it externally and it was still lower than the ranges ... now the doctor says he cant increase any more dose ... but how can i increase it naturally ?
It is soo less than the range that I couldn’t believe despite taking it externally its like i am still deficient ...
What should i do to get the values in range
Also i read about exercise can increase it but I actually dont have much time to exercise ... 2nd sleep was also said to contribute and i am a serious insomniac since years ... even if i lie down shutting off my phone or any thing i would be lying for 3hrs or more still not sleep ...
now i feel so irritated 😖

Genetics is the main factor that determines your height. Are your parents and grandparents tall or shorter than average?

It sounds to me like you might wish to focus on health habits to improve your physical activity and sleep patterns. I'm sure you don't need me to point out that physical exercise and sleep are really important for a healthy life. And being more active can help promote sleep. I used to think I didn't have time for exercise, but I decided that I needed to prioritize it and make it a non-negotiable in my life. It helped me to start each day by getting up and putting on my workout clothes. Since I was already dressed for action, I thought, I might as well go for a walk. I was shocked how much good just getting out and moving did for my spirits, my fitness levels and improved my sleep. Slowly I added jogging intermittently to my walk. It didn't how much I jogged or walked, my only goal was to be out and about for 30 minutes.

I encourage you to try it. Make you first goal simple. Just put on the gear and get out. What do you think?
