Herpes?
I’ve had this bump on my lip since this thanksgiving. This is what it looked like on that day? It still hasn’t gone away completely and it’s been a month. I put aloe Vera on it and all of a sudden it broke out and hasn’t gone away. I hope this is the right forum, please help do I have herpes?

@heheh654456 Hi welcome to our group of wonderful people who help ,give suggestions and listen .Is it painful? Did you have chickenpox? If you did the herpes virus is in you as me It looks like a cold sore you can go to drugstore and buy a OTC medicine for it. If you dont think this is what it is consult your Dr.
Hi! Thanks for the response @lioness, I have never had chicken pox, nor have I kissed a person since kindgergarten, I think I may have gotten it from drinking after someone. I put some aloe Vera on my lips and It just happen out of no where 🙁

@heheh654456 I would see your Dr.then is it draining?Thats the contagious part so if you touch it wash you hands .Maybe its coming from your stomach thats another thought ?

Hi again! 🙂 No it is not draining, and nor has it scabbed up. I’ve had it for 14 days and it has not gone away, I’m going to the doctor soon and let’s hope it’s anything but herpes

@heheh654456 glad its not herpes as it stays in your body I also have the Epstein barr virus as I had mono . I,ll be interested in hearing what it is if you care to share.
