Hepatocellular Disease Hemochromatosis

I have hemochromatosis, along with Lupus, Graves disease, and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I recently had an ultrasound that said Hepatocellular disease, such as Steatosis is suggested. Can anyone tell me if this means NAFLD. I’ve tried looking it up and it keeps saying cancer but I don’t think that’s what it means and I would like to know if anyone knows. You worry till you see the doctor.
