Helpful app for tracking BPH urine flow issues

Posted by connect4321 @connect4321, Dec 25, 2025

For men dealing with bph I found an app that has been helpful to me in tracking my urine voids both prior to and after having an aquablation procedure. It’s called proudP. I use it with my iphone. It listens while you void and is able to determine how much you go as well as the average and maximum flow rate for the void. Initially it was only $5 a month. It’s now $20 a month. I will likely keep it another six months to track my improvement but like i said its very helpful to show how impaired you might be with your bph. It can show volume and qmax trends in chart form over time. You can find it in the apple app store.

Hi sorry for the delay. I underwent the aquablation procedure which was very effective in removing the excess prostate tissue that was hampering my urine flow and at times shut it off completely.
