Help with nerve pain

Hi all!
So I have severe nerve pain from my car accident in 2002.
I have foraminal stenosis from my neck to my tailbone.
I am on dilauded as well as Gabapentin and Cymbalta. Nothing seems to help.
What have you tried, used, or would suggest?

You mentioned that nothing seems to help including the medication for the pain. Have you looked into surgery to help with the nerve compression?

So far they don't want to do surgery. Not sure why but that's where I am at.

I have sever lumbar stenosis with a 7 mm Herniation {L5-S1} I do Injections every 3-6 months and take Norco 10mg every 4 hours and lots of ice pads during the day...Besides this many other issues, major is PLCH and that you can look up as it is long...Pulmonary Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis.

I started on Norco 5mg every 8 hrs and extra Tylenol ... gets worse overtime.
