help with Folliculitis

I have seen 2 Dermatologists who have diagnosed FOLLICULITIS.
They prescribed Clindamycin (liquid) and Ketoconazole shampoo.
Neither has helped very much.
The "pimples" on my scalp are numerous, and my scalp is very itchy.
Has anyone with folliculitis found a better remedy?
Or could my problem be something else?
Any help or suggestions who be greatly appreciated.

We have Skin Health group that might have some suggestions for Folliculitis. Was this the result of radiation or Chemo?

Hello;
My folliculitis did not result from neither radiation nor chemo;
it just developed without any cause.
