Help with ENT issue

I have high blood pressure, elevated pulse rate, profuse sweating with any physical exertion. Had mibg scan show uptake right of neck, ultrasound show 3.9 cm and 3.1 bilateral nodes submadubular region. I had mri with gadolinium show 3.9 cm and 3.1 cm bilateral nodes jugulastiric region 30 days later. I had mri orbit show 6 months later those nodes increased marginally bulk size but CT angion show no artery issues. Except nodes close to vasculature. Recommended neck biopsy and took specimen from node largest in short axis distance measured 2.1 cm short axis day of biopsy. I had punch biopsy guided with ultrasound. Icd code reads D36.0of report and then states scant benign lymphoid tissue. What does this mean? I thought lymph node couldn't be fully determined if benign or metastatic unless rekived whole lymph node tested entire lymph node?

I still can not understand how doctors (ENT) can refuse to take patients
just because they have a trachea. What happened to Hipocratties (sp) oath?
