Help with breathing

I’m Stage 4 COPD and have been in Hospice. I have a lot of faith which always leads me to methods that help and give me hope.
Go to YouTube and in the search bar type, lung exercise. That’s the name of the site. It’s a nurse, in a bright blue sleeveless top that has 5 different breathing exercises that provides amazing results. They are not difficult.
In addition, as stupid as this may sound, I believe the following is the reason I’m still alive.
I sit, close my eyes, relax, listen to my breathing. I visualize tiny scuba divers (toy size) one in each lung with brushes scrubbing the walls of my lungs removing toxins, and using another brush for inside of the arteries. I do it frequently.
I also believe we can heal by talking to our bodies. Check out Myrtle Fillmore at Unity Radient Light.org. God bless you all. Don’t give up 🩷
