Help - vaginal discharge

I sometimes have this viscous clear/whitish discharge which becomes white and powdery once it dries on my underwear. It’s not itchy and has a certain smell, but I can’t exactly pinpoint what it smells like. It’s not strong and fishy, nor sweet. What could this discharge be?
